Dissolve Dance (“Dissolve”, “we”, “us”) is a movement community based in Ubud, Bali. We respect your privacy and want you to know what we do, and don’t do, with your information. This policy covers this website and the ways you can connect with us through it.

What we collect

​

We collect very little personal information. Right now, it comes from two places:

• Facilitator Training applications. When you apply, we collect what you share in the form, such as your name, email address, and answers about your background and why you’d like to join.

• Event tickets. Tickets for Play and Eros are sold through Megatix. Megatix collects your details to process your purchase under its own privacy policy, and we may receive limited information about attendees, such as your name and email.

If you write to us through the contact form or by email, we’ll also hold the details you send us so we can reply.

How we use it

 

We use your information to:

• review your training application and communicate with you about it

• answer your questions

• manage events and tickets

• send you updates about Dissolve, if you’ve agreed to receive them (see below)

Your information stays confidential

We treat your contact details and anything you share with us as confidential. We never sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We only share it with trusted services that help us run Dissolve, such as our website host, form and email tools, and Megatix. They may only use it to provide their service to us.

Emails and marketing

If you apply for training, buy a ticket, or get in touch, we may add you to our email list so you can hear about upcoming events and trainings. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of any email, or by writing to [email], and we’ll remove you promptly. If we add a newsletter sign-up form to the website, it will be clearly labelled so you know you’re subscribing to marketing emails.

How long we keep it

We keep your information only as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as the law requires. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

You can ask us at any time to:

• tell you what information we hold about you

• correct anything that’s wrong

• delete your information

• stop sending you marketing emails
